Snyder County Traffic Courts
Snyder County has two Magisterial District Court offices. Traffic Record Vs Driver Record
A court traffic record and a driver record answer different questions. The court record follows a ticket or prosecution through an MDJ office or the Court of Common Pleas. The PennDOT driver record follows the driver's license file after courts and police report convictions or departmental actions to the Bureau of Driver Licensing.

Snyder County Driver Records

Under 75 Pa.C.S. Section 1535, Pennsylvania's point schedule affects driver records after traffic convictions. Points are a driver-record issue, even though the underlying conviction starts as a court traffic record.

Snyder County DUI Records

The sheriff crash form asks for date of request, sheriff incident number, crash date, reason for request, requester name, phone, address, signature, file or claim number, persons involved, and delivery by mail or email.
Snyder Traffic Access Limits
Most routine Snyder County traffic court records are public at the docket level, but online access has limits. Cases marked limited access may not appear publicly and cannot be paid online through PAePay. Some serious vehicle charges may shift to criminal court, where expungement, limited access, juvenile restrictions, or sealing rules can affect public visibility.
